Key Qualifications - Experience in Accounts Payable (A/P) is preferred, but we encourage candidates with data entry or other office experience and an interest in transitioning to AP/Accounting to apply.

Job SummaryAs a Finance Support Specialist, you will provide essential accounting and finance services to support our organization's business objectives. Your role involves processing business transactions in areas such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, credit management, expense reports, fixed assets, payroll, or treasury. Delivering superior customer service to both internal and external customers is crucial. You will also communicate vital information to management through the preparation of transaction processing reports.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Ensure accurate and timely processing of business transactions in support of assigned responsibilities.
- Maintain files, forms, and computer-based records in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist internal and external customers with inquiries related to business transaction processing requirements.
- Perform balancing and reconciliation procedures to ensure transactions are properly recorded.
- Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely transaction processing reports for internal management and external reporting
Minimum Qualifications - High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.
Preferred Qualifications - Associate's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of basic financial and accounting concepts.
- Basic understanding of accounting, payroll, or cash applications.
